Room Reservation Policies

Aloha! Thank you for your interest in having your next meeting, workshop, or media recording at the CSC! The conference room, main meeting area, and media room can be reserved during business hours at no charge, pending availability. Beginning July 1, 2018, we will also be providing after hours rental use, pending staff availability.

During CSC hours room requests:

  • Requests for conference room, main meeting area, and media room are granted when the space is available
  • Walk-Ins are welcome

After hours rental:

    • Groups may rent the CSC space up to four times per fiscal year (ex. July 2018 – June 2019)
    • Available rental times: M-F 5pm-9pm, S/Su 9am-7pm
    • Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance
    • Groups must benefit the constituents that are served by the CSC
    • Cost:
      • $15/hour for non-profits/not-for-profit groups
      • $25/hour for all other groups
      • Checks made payable to: RCUH
      • Payment must be made one week in advance in order to secure reservation
      • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours or no shows will not receive a refund
    • A CSC staff member will be present at all after hours events due to building safety regulations

General Policies:

  • Groups should return all furniture and equipment to the arrangement found at the beginning of the session
  • Remove trash and clean the room after use
  • No cooking
  • No nuts (CSC is a nut-free zone)
  • UH/CDS/CSC are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles
